I think I might've lost more than 1 pound this week. But my scale is an analog scale and it doesn't tell me 1/2 pounds and such. I think it's time to invest in a new scale.

What went well this week:
Had another successful weekend! Planning is the key to staying ahead of the weekends. Did Hot Yoga 4 times since last Thursday. I'm really loving hot yoga and on Tuesday's class I was able to finish the whole class without laying down. Did every pose!!! Very proud of myself. I tracked and measured and drank all of my water. AND I exercised EVERY DAY!!! WOOHOO!

What I struggled with this week:
I was in a conference for 3 days (Mon, Tue, Wed) and had to sit on my arse the whole time. Wasn't able to get in my extra walks. Also, my pilates class isn't in session this week because they are refinishing the floors.
