Don't just focus on weight, like jadenc said ...muscle weighs more than fat. You could be loosing inches due to your workouts. Just to make sure, review what you have done differently the last two weeks and see if you find anything that you think might be the culprit. If you have gone to Phase 2, perhaps you added something back into your diet that is gumming up the progress. Do a quick review of the diet, sometimes little things can throw you off. But if your clothes are still fitting properly or have become a little loose, it possible that you are loosing inches and the extra muscle is what you see on the scale. If you are on Phase 2, you might want to go back to Phase 1 for a week and see if that helps. Whatever you do, don't get discouraged! Blips on the scale will happen, move on and move forward!
