Dukan Day 56
Seems like another pound lost! This brings me close to pre-vacation weight. It's rather amazing-not sure I trust it. I am determined to get to goal this time and am fearing hitting a plateau at 140. I have to be more optimistic. So far, my weight loss has been unprecedented in my experience, so hopefully it will continue to out pace my expectations.
