WOO HOO back down to 182 - keep on track & hopefully say goodbye to the 180s this week!! Ready for a cruise or a trip to the beach...need some sand between my toes!! Big Birthday coming up in a few months...last year in the 40's - next year is not going to be pretty! But I have so much to be thankful for - it is only a number - not the way I feel!!
