<sigh> but I'm back on track this week. I just have to accept that, even with working out 3 - 5 times per week, if I don't keep watch, I'm going to gain. This week I'm trying to eliminate wheat (read the blood-type book again) so I'll see how that goes. At the very least, it will help me keep my carbs down.
