I am so stinkin' excited!!! Below 160 - woo hoo. I was so inspired I did 9.8 miles at the Y today and got up to a 7 resistance - yeah baby!!! Can you tell I'm happy lol :-)

72.4 kg これまでの減量分: 1.1 kg. 残り: 13.9 kg. ダイエット続き: まあまあ.

週に1.0 kg減量中
