boing. boing. I'm going to try weigh more frequently so that I can track my fluctuations again. used to do it daily but during winter I was too cold to bother. been doing it weekly, but I prefer seeing changes daily because I learn more about how diet is affecting daily fluctuations. emotionally I don't get hurt anymore by increases. similarly I don't get overly excited by losses either. i use it now as a way to stay within a safe range.
