After years of being stuck in the high 90's - I got tired of hearing my own excuses so I set myself a 3-year goal to lose about 30kgs & to also change my habits around food & fitness. I exceeded my own expectations in my first year through calorie counting (1300-1700 pd), IF most days, 16-8 or 18-6 (depending on my mood), working out 3-4 times a week (HIIT & Boxing) and I also aim to walk a minimum of 10000 steps a day (not difficult since I have to park about 1.2km from my office in the CBD & I have dogs that need exercise daily too). I don't follow a specific eating program like Keto - however I do keep my intake of bread and pasta to a minimum and have increased my protein & good-fats intake over the last year.
