Had an amazing feast at work for the Christmas Party! What a spread, what a turn out! Best I've ever enjoyed as far as work get-togethers go! I worked out prior to going, so I don't feel near as guilty for gorging...although I had a breakfast with work friends that was quite ample with food, so I'm quite certain I'll pay for it one way or another!

I did about 7 miles in 1.25 hours, burned 830 calories, and felt so luxuriously relaxed by the time I finished my post-workout shower...it all really made my day!

Wow what an inspiration you are, 7miles! I just ran my first nonstop km and am very proud of myself for that as I'm just a beginner runner, but you've got to start somewhere right? Any advice for beginner runner/dieters?
