You've come so far!!! Just remember you have lost 60 pounds which is AMAZING!!! It's normal to plateau with major weight loss like that. I hope you feel better soon - maybe some outdoor activities will keep you going? Could be worth a shot to lift your spirits.

You can do it! It's just a plateau.. It will pass :) just keep your head up. Your body cannot fight you forever. Maybe all you need is a little change up.

I know the feeling, I'm in the same exact boat right now. I haven't been in the 130s in years, and here I am.... My jeans don't fit, my shirts don't fit, my damn bras don't even fit! I even contemplated buying a new pair of bigger jeans just because I haven't been able to wear mine on a consistent basis for such a long time now. I started my good eating and exercise program last Monday, and by Wednesday I was eating at Cheesecake Factory.... I'm back at it again as of yesterday, and I'm hoping to stay strong. I want to be down to 120 by my birthday, and thats only.... just over 8 weeks away. BTW - Long time no see.....

Allicat...I know it is frustrating, but as already mentioned, you have accomplished so much. There are many of us here that would love to be in your shoes right now. Hang in there, don't give up the fight. I had hit 158 in 2009 and now I am back at 176. Not back to 210-215 but still along way from my final goal of 120. If you start beating yourself up over not losing, you will end up like me, giving up and then gaining back 20 pounds you had worked so hard to get off in the first place. Not worth that. Even if you stay 137 for months, its better than packing the weight back on. Take if from someone that did that!
