Just did a lap around the lobby to finish off my 10k steps today. Gonna do Zumba tonight, and I'll go to the work-gym once I finish my shift in the morning. Didn't get to do Zumba last night because of a class going on, so I'm really looking forward to it tonight! I actually missed exercising! A great step forward: EAGER SELF-MOTIVATION! Certainly beats when I'd just think, really hard, that it would be a good idea to workout...picturing going to the gym, or running on a trail, or kickboxing, or dancing...if I could get results from what I do in my mind's eye, I'd be freaking HOT...and rich...and a world traveler...among other things. At least I can make THIS happen!
