I opted to workout in the gym at work today, for the first time. I thought they might have more options, but they had enough. I used the elliptical for half an hour, then did 4 sets of 10 alternated on 3 separate arm machines for shoulders, biceps and triceps, and finished off with 4 crunch exercises. I felt pretty good, and although tired, even made it out to OfficerBF's family for a visit for a couple hours. Getting some dinner together, then gonna watch a Netflix movie, and clean up the place before I pull the Christmas stuff out! Yesterday was the first snow, and its been below freezing all day...Christmas cheer is in order!
