Still hanging out around my goal weight. Ranging from 187 to 193 on my daily weigh-ins. I'm not sure what's causing this water fluctuation. I'm still not eating high-glycemic carbs. However, this low-protein diet that my Nephrologist has me on does, by necessity, include more carbs in general. It also can lead to muscle wasting, which, I'm trying diligently to avoid. I hope all of y'all FS warriors have a wonderful weekend.

Maybe the extra carbs help retain more water in the cells? I just know when carbs are reduced, we get rid of a lot of fluid in our bodies in the first phase of low carb. At any rate, as long as you feel good and are maintaining .... you are doing great!
