Haven't excercised since Monday because of illness but I am really missing it and looking forward to getting back on track. I will continue to do my CLX at home and do cardio and classes in the gym. I hope to build up to 2 workouts daily on the days I workout at home. I need the challenge. May do pilates at home today to guage how I feel.
I hav Zumba at the gym on Monday with 2 of my lady friends. I think I will take m things to shower afterwards so we can hang out and chat for a bit over a salad or something. Or we can simply go early and chat then!
