I heard yesterday it was best to weigh first thing in the morning after using the restroom and before eating and drinking any thing I did say I was going to weigh in once a week but I may make this part of my daily morning routine that way if I can have a better understanding of my weight from week to week

You do have to find what works for you on weighing. The thing to remember if you weigh every day is that day to day fluctuations are normal, so it's best not to get too wrapped up in any one day's reading. I weigh daily in the morning, but keep a rolling 7-day average in a spreadsheet as my official weight

Thank you writingwyo I was planning on averaging the week out as well in my journal. really trying hard not to see this as a diet but more as a lifestyle style change
