Well it seems I've plateaued. I'm trying to kick up my activity. i've been so bad about my walking. I've picked that up this week despite scorching heat and fatigue from working a massive number of overtime hours, and I am taking my rollerblades to a nearby park on my lunch breaks. Hoping to see some movement on the scale soon. In the meantime however, I can see the difference I've already achieved. The trick for me is not to decide that's good enough and give up, so I end up starting all over again. I've done that before. We'll call those practice runs. Everyone needs to do warm-ups before undertaking a full marathon. This time, I think I'm ready to keep following through.
