I hope everyone is having a great start to their weekend. I am sore. from helping some friends do some demolition in their new home. It's been a few years since I did this kind of work. I feel it in my everywhere. Gotta clean up my house this morning for the visiting parents tomorrow, then back to my friends house to finish demo this afternoon. Just one more wall to take out. Only thing is it's 15 feet high and we're trying to save the drywall which for some reason they glued to the 2x4s and screwed and nailed it in also. worked pretty hard yesterday so I stopped counting calories and just ate to satisfy my hunger. Back to counting today though.
