I feel better today! I did pretty well last night. We had a great dinner and I avoided the temptation of the baked potato with all of the fixings (cheese, sour cream, YUM!). I made such a good salad to go with my dinner instead of the potato that I was completely satisfied. For exercise, I busted out the Kirby and swept all of the hard floors and I did the 7-min cardio circuit app on my phone after Bry went to bed. Bry woke me up at midnight (after only being asleep for about an hour and a half) and of course I found myself grabbing a granola bar. I did sleep better last night, though. I felt good this morning.
