I lost a little, .2 pounds, but it's still a downtrend and that's a good thing. April 20th I weighed 238.2 so I've lost 4.6 since then. My goal is 3.5 pounds per week to hit my July goal so Next Monday, I should be in the 220's. Have a great week.
