So, another good week. I ate on target all week. I walked 2 miles per day on 4 days, then did a 2 1/2 mile hike on a rough trail with lots of hills on Saturday and 3 1/4 mile hike on another hilly rough trail on Sunday. Took it easy on Monday with a 1 1/2 mile walk. I'm really pleased by that. A couple months ago, I could barely struggle with a flat 1 mile walk. Also did a bit of work with the chainsaw over the weekend and then loaded and a hauled all the detritus to the landscape recycling center. This weight loss may have a water loss component. So, if I'm not down a lot next week, I won't sweat it. I'm still only targeting 2 -3 lbs per week. Any loss greater than that is pure bonus. I'm trying to play the long game. More of a marathon, than a sprint. I hope all of y'all have a wonderful week.
