Wow! Great Job. In the evenings are you constantly going to the refrigerator and looking to see what you can have? I placed fresh strawberries in the refrigerator and eat those. But my tip is, if you're hungry eat....I allow myself a pack of 100 calories snacks like Wheat thins, a piece of fruit or a slice of fat free turkey breast and ice chips. Ice chips are suppose to simulate your need to crunch. The protein in the turkey breast tends to satisfy real hunger.
