Lost 6 pounds last week, I feel the difference in my clothes now. I think this has added more motivation for me. I look forward to being in the 100s soon! I find that late afternoon is a challenge for me and wonder if any of you have any tips for that time of day...... take care all!

Wow! Great Job. In the evenings are you constantly going to the refrigerator and looking to see what you can have? I placed fresh strawberries in the refrigerator and eat those. But my tip is, if you're hungry eat....I allow myself a pack of 100 calories snacks like Wheat thins, a piece of fruit or a slice of fat free turkey breast and ice chips. Ice chips are suppose to simulate your need to crunch. The protein in the turkey breast tends to satisfy real hunger.
