Doing the Healthy Digestion Challenge and drinking 8 glasses of water a day. 2 first thing in the morning and 1 before bed. Yesterday, ate a huge salad for lunch only 183 calories and was not hungry all evening. Only had 1 cup of strawberries as a snack. My waist is visibly changing! Yeah! No more fat rolls! Yeah!

Congratulations!!! You are off to a great start! Cutting calories is GREAT! BUT you want to make sure you do not cut out too much! You will turn into a yoyo dieter! You should try to eat 1,200 calories MIN per day. When you eat less, your metabolism slows, so when you eat more than what you get used to.. you start gaining :(... SO.. try to eat something every 2-3 hours! whether its a few strawberries, an apple, and orange, or even a piece of whole wheat bread (NOT enriched) this will keep your metabolism at its highest! and still burn plenty of calories! GOOD LUCK!
