Hi, my name is Fay and I live in Atlanta, GA. I'm a homemaker that loves to cook, garden, decorate and take care of my family. Having gone through menopause, sometimes it's hard to feel attractive. The hair is thinning, turninggray, and adding pounds is so easy since your metabolism takes a dive. But, I decided that the one thing I can have control over is my weight, with God's help. Yes, I love food and cooking, but have realized that my health is more important than my taste buds! You are what you eat! I had let myself gain about 17 lbs., which to some may not sound like much, but suddenly you have no clothes that fit! This summer I am challenging myself to regain my girlish figure, in a healthy way, to the glory of God! "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength" I've started playing tennis and moving more! Got rid of processed food and eating real food that God gave us. FYI Just because man has come up with new good choices does not mean you need to put them in your body! Hippocrates (the Father of Medicine) said "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food!" If you eat the right food, your body takes care of itself. God has given us amazing self healing bodies!
