yay for you! thats great.. my plan for the week didnt work!lol! will try and up my exercise this week a bit better, its raining here almost every day at mo and im finding it a bit tough to get motivated for some extra exercise. you go girl, that loss for you is motivating me as we wre both stuck there for a while!

I've actually been weighing every day, but only logging it once a week. Yesterday I was encouraged to see that the scale was trying to blink down anothther pound from 170 to 169 (it's digital and only does whole pounds). So, today I jumped on again to see good news and it showed me back up the pound I'd lost! I'm going to ignore it since I did some pretty intense weights last night. Tonight I'll get on a machine and do some cardio to try to remind this old body that we're doing WEIGHT loss and MUSCLE gain (it gets confused and thinks we're trying to gain on both counts).
