Still adjusting. Finding it a bit too easy to get far few calories in - especially with exercise.

Not sure how bad a thing that might be. I think the real problem is beer.. I've not been drinking much recently, but I know if I go out with the lads or whatever that'll be 2000 extra calories.

Want to avoid a rebound further down the line.

There's nothing wrong with having a night off now and again,,I found it hard at first too,,I love my whisky, beer and wine,,now it's an odd occasion I drink,,,,,it's the bloody pizza that I need to stop now😂 everything in moderation,,you got this 💪
