Ok have given up the hope of eating different salad dressings... ate horrible yesterday and over the last two weeks have gained 9 lbs so am back on track today...sent my hubby to the store to get some jicama and nuts and bleu cheese dressing so I can make wiser choices in the foods I'm eating! I REFUSE to give up now! I've come WAY too far!!!

You can do it girl! So, you had a little set back. You are back on track and we won't let you give up! Remember all of the reasons why you wanted to lose weight in the first place......Hold on to these tightly when temptation comes. Is it really worth feeling so badly afterwards? I think not! You can do it!!!!

That is soooooo right! You're gonna knock it outta da park, sister! Do you like spicy dressings? I am loving a Jalepeno Ranch Dressing from Nature's Own... So good... I think it is only 1 carb per 2 tblspoons.
