7 pounds in 4 days!!! I feel really well and am not having a hard time staying with the plan (but hey, its only 4 days!!!!) My boyfriend is down 10.5 pounds in the same time frame!

Great start! Keep up the good work. The plan is quite flexible and I have not had any difficulties sticking with it from the beginning either.

wow great work! i see some negative results from other ppl's jurnal.. would it be because of the different body condition or types? uhmm.. im wondering if i should go on this diet..
