Same here. I keep saying it in my mind and nothing changes. I have to just want it enough. What I did these last few days acually helped. I took a picture of myself top naked besides the bra and I was repulsed. I don't want anyone to see me like THAT! so I just gotta do what I gotta do I HAVE TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT. Wish u & me good luck :D 

I know. I went to the doctor and couldn't believe what the scale said. I was floored. Enough is enough. So, we CAN do this. Thanks for your comment and let's say goodbye to the weight! ;-)
