I get to see my man in 1 month and 1 week. He's been doing rediculous physical training in Texas, so I better get into gear to take a load off. Gonna go a route akin to Atkins, like I've done in the past. Wanted to try to do a cleanse, and I probably still will in about 2 weeks...just want to make sure none of the food spoils during my venture, so I'm gonna feast on greens and some proteins. Would love to get down to around 160, but 20 lbs is a lot to lose...5 lbs I'm carrying is from gorging on salty foods this last weekend...*Staying off of the computer* is my friend...So essentially, once I shed this water weight, I should be around 175 lbs, which is what I've been maintaining for a while now. WILLPOWER WILLPOWER WILLPOWER!!

Did my 100 squats this morning, but the last 2 times I've been doing the 100 squats, its put me out for 3-4 days...which makes me feel horrible, but how else will I get a butt? Grr, genetics....
