So the scale shows a gain of 2 pounds. I know I didn't drink my water in full the past few days and I haven't gotten all my foundation vegetables in. Exercise was also minimum because of my cold. All these factors I am sure worked against my weight loss. But I do understand it is only temporary and my body will get on track. After next Tues weigh in I will reavaluate my net carbs if need be. Off to the gym.
