Diet is going awesome through the whole day until i hit night time :( i seem to loose total control at night after being good all day ..i need to get this weakness under control ,lets hope today is a better day then yesterday ,atleast im not slacking with my workouts....

Control. THAT is the issue. I developed eating disorders when i was a teen and the power I felt from the control over whet I ate or managed NOT to eat was the one thing I had power over in my life....But it's wrong...it's not natural...It took me years to learn how to eat normally. And what's normal for one person is not normal for another...Good luck to you. One day at a time, one effort at a time. One meal at a time. Meal planning is important, but be flexible to your needs and wants. Moderation NOT deprivation! You can do this!
