My weight is Staying the same and I'll take it! I have been snacking WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much and I could do better. But Guess what? I am happy and not stressed about every single thing I put into my mouth. Slow and steady wins the race, i can do this. I have been able to manage stress at work and at home without stuffing my face for comfort... a drug is a drug is a drug....whether it be food or booze or even tylenol... I am so happy to meet so many wonderful people trying to improve their health and outlook on this site.
