It is very interesting to me to see that the information I am learing to make wise food choices actually works when I am out in the real world. I just spent the weekend away from home in a house that offered alot of high carb foods. I was also at a banquet where some of the food was high carb. I wheeled and dealed and prayed through the weekend to get enough to eat, be satisfied and yet not go over in the carb. dept. I must say I did pretty good!
