Ugh...totally went off my routine. Ate pure junk. Stress eating. My Mom fell and broke her hip. She was in the E.R. overnight and all into the next day because there were no beds. I was awake for 36 hours and just wanted junk. I knew I'd gain. My plan was to go back on my diet today, but I didn't want to. LOL. So I didn't and ate really fattening foods today--even fried! So, I expect a HUGE gain again tomorrow. On top of it all, I got my thyroid results back it was 24 point seventy something. Time to be positive about all of this again and get back on track tomorrow!

I have heard that a two day bad routine is not killer. Your heading back to the right path and that's what counts. Sorry about your Mom. Hang in there.

Hey, Jill. I did the exact same thing and gained 7 lbs. But it was mostly water-weight I think. I lost 4.4 lbs of it last night. Don't let it get you down, but don't let it go on too long. You've come to far to go all the way back to the starting line!!! Let me know if you need some motivation! I hope you're mom is doing ok. BEST WISHES!

Oh your poor mom! I know you had to be worried about her. I hope she is doing okay now. No more stressing. Just start eating better choices. You can do it.

It would take more than 2 days of junk food to create a huge gain. Forgive yourself and move on. Family stress great for causing junk food to become our friend. You might be bloated and stall your loss 2 days. Just a 2 day interference; keep up the good work.

We all have our detours, and if anything can cause one, its stress. I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom, and hope she's feeling better soon.
