Yayee! I know it was the cereal before bed last night--LOL--Just kidding. Seriously, though...I am going to try to eat a bowl of cereal before bed every night. I did that when I was younger and I was skinny, then. Maybe it helps keep my metabolism working through the night? Who knows. I'll try it. If it doesn't work, then I'll stop. I'll be putting in a little exercise today. I have to take my tween daughter to the mall for shorts and sneakers. That always keeps me on track because I see all the pretty clothes I want to eventually get into! LOL.

Thanks Mom and Ruhu. It's a journey, I must say that. LOL. My weekends are tough for getting calories in. I'm just so busy and not hungry. My weight goes up a couple, down a couple right now, but I know that it's water weight. My theory is, at least I'm making healthier choices when I eat now. I used to grab junk. Now I think....am I really hungry, is that healthy, what would be a better choice? We went to the Mall today and ate out. Both Alisha (my youngest daughter) and I wanted Subway because you can eat healthy. It tastes good, you can add what you like, it's not just "salad" and it tastes good. How cool is that?

THAT'S GREAT, JILL! I'm SOOOO excited for you...See? give your body something to 'work on/off' and it will reward you. Yes, we ARE supposed to eat more veggies, but they're easy to fit in... try to eat a 'rainbow' of foods throughout the day. [the more colorful foods you eat, the better off you are...]

I agree with cheree - I ask my 3 year old daughter at the beginning of everyday, "What color of the rainbow are we eating today". She loves being involved and I hope that if I start her out right she won't have the battle I have my whole life.
