If you trained hard and have DOMS perhaps it is just water! Just check your weight again in 4-5 days.

Maybe you have gained more muscle as muscle weighs more than fat.

Have you been exercising every day? For some people exercise actually stalls weight loss. Or it could be like elma stated - muscle weighs more. Personally, I am disabled and do NO exercise at all, pretty much a couch potato. Do you post your food intake somewhere? If you have a listing of what all you have eaten, I could be of more help. When you gain it is usually from 1-3 days prior of what you have eaten depending on the what you ate - same with losing.

I would suggest going back to a strict induction for a week to get your body back into ketosis.

Don't just focus on one type of workout. HipHopAbs is "okay".. but try to change it up every now and then. Go for a walk, or ride a stationary bike... maybe try tennis..
Also, what are you eating? Are you tracking the calorie intake and burn off? You still need to make sure you are getting the calories you should have each day but burning more than you intake.
I would not worry much about the sugar if you are only using a teaspoon in your coffee. Also, if you drinking any soda (even diet), you should get rid of it and just drink water. Even if it is a diet soda, you still have the other chemicals in it that will hurt weight loss.

When you begin a new exercise program or change your old one, your muscles get little tears in the fibers and they retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual. It is temporary and will go away. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. It actually takes weeks/months for women to gain an actual pound of muscle. A pound of muscle is the same as a pound of fat. But muscle is more dense and takes up less room than fat. So you can actually see a gain on the scale but go down in sizes. I had a friend stay the same weight for a few months, but she went down 4 sizes because of exercise and fat loss. Just stick with it and notice how your clothes are fitting. The scale is only one way to gauge weight loss. The scale will eventually catch up, once your muscles get used to new exercise.
