thought i would have had a gain over the easter!! did heaps of housework yesterday, so that must have helped counteract the choc binge.

78.9 kg これまでの減量分: 1.1 kg. 残り: 11.9 kg. ダイエット続き: まあまあ.

週に0.3 kg減量中

Good on you, its a real achievement not to gain over Easter, keep it up.
