Nice small drop in weight of 1.2 lbs in 2 days. Body fat percentage was just about stable. It dropped from 17.7% to 17.5%. All in all, I'm pleased with the progress I've seen with my modified diet after one week. Eating more calories, and using Intermittent Fasting. Only time will tell. I'm sure that I will have to make adjustments as I go along and see what works for me and what doesn't.
