Today we had our annual free health screening at work. I am so excited to report that I did MUCH better than last year. Last year I had borderline high cholesterol. This year I was smack dab in the healthy range. I also, somehow, managed to have a healthy BMI despite being 14+ weeks pregnant lol! So all the healthy foods I've been eating to be in good shape for the baby are definitely helping. I've got the proof now! :)
