ok this is the 2nd time i went off of the raw foods and went back on ww and same as last time i gained 3 pounds so on monday i will do another 10 days raw foods and then back on weight watchers.

Could it be water gain? The reason I ask, I am reading up on the Flat Belly Diet put out by Prevention and they talk about raw vs cooked veggies. Cooked is better b/c takes up less room in GI tract. Same calories in a cup of carrots, but retention wise 1/2 cup of raw equals 1 cup cooked. Also brocolli and cauliflower and some other raw veggies they list as belly bloating foods. Just a thought. 3 pounds sounds a lot like water to me.

Thats interesting. maybe your right it cooked be just water. but ive been reading up on raw foods and cooking them takes away the necessary nutrients and amino acids that you need otherwise cooked veges wouldn't be enough you would have to ad proteing or something to make it complete.
