Another big weight swing from my run last Saturday. Looks like I've stabilized at 188. Amazing how much weight the body can go up and down around extreme exercise. I'm leading a group run on Thursday for ten miles then hiking with friends on Saturday for fifteen miles so should be good for another three pound drop!
