I didn't loose any weight in the last 3 days, but I didn't gain any. This happened last week and then 3 pounds came off by the end of that week. So I am curious to see if this will be my body's cycle. We will see on Sunday.
I haven't been eating the healthiest of protein choices this week. But I had the ham and hotdogs left over from football Sunday and can't afford to waist them. I will be buying less processed meats come next week.
