This coming week will be much better than the last week for dieting.
I'm trying to make a change inside..I have to admit when I stick to what I am suppose to eat I do feel better about the whole day. I have researched so many Adkins recipies and added a lot of them to my favorites.

I am thinking about going to Sam's and shop for groceries this month. I get my SS check on Wed so that may be shopping day. It hurts me when I have to go to the store every day or so, it is to tempting to buy what I don't need. For me it will be better to go once a month since I only have to provide for myself.

I have a lot of friends that are trying to get me to go back to the senior centers dancing again. I haven't been able to dance since my foot surgeries started in Nov. I'll be able to dance by April and I want to be thinner......
