I try to drink 2 to 3 bottled waters a day, yesterday was not a good day. Didn't drink in the morning then stings in the afternoon which knocked me out. I like to drink one class of red wine a week.

ok. I am trying to drink up to 4 or more water per day. I've already noticed a big difference in my skin tone. It's amazing what water can do.
