I am finally starting over. DAY 1 today. I sprained my ankle at the beginning of Dec. and didn't work out for a long time! but was very lucky, I only gained 1 lb. Ever since watching "I use to be Fat" on MTV its been my motivation to get working. Last week I went snowboarding and it was definitely a huge workout. Last week I started but got distracted. I bought Muscle Milk Light and will be using it as a meal replacement after workouts. Wish me luck as I try to lose 50lbs in 130 days.
