I'm Kristina. I have been over weight most of my life. In elementary school, I was made fun of all the time. Not to mention I have a twin sister, who is way skinner than me. The summer before High School I worked out every day and ended up losing 30 lbs and weighed in at 150. Throughout HS I played basketball and was a cheerleader. I was always struggling with my weight because there were so many girls who were skinny and I wanted to be like them. My senior year I was the skinniest I have ever been. But when I went to college Freshmen 15 wasn't what I gained. I gained 50 lbs. And I only blame myself for it.
Starting this past May, I vowed to work out every single day, and eat as healthy as I can. So far so good, but would like be down to 145 by the end of the year.
I have 2 things that I keep in mind about not giving up.
