my scales are moving the wrong way! im still juggling around with the calorie/kilojoule counting thing, thought i would try something different this time instead of ww point counting but! its not working too well.
have been finding it hard to get the balance right re the amount of calories i need vs a limit for weight loss.
also... had a binge last night, a whole pkt of choc bisc, i dont normally have them in the house because i can never portion myself, i dont know why i do that to myself id hate to think what i would be like if we lived at the back of a shop/diary! note to self. buy treats for occasions immediately before needed.
hopefully i can pull myself up this week.
