Wow! I thought I had gained tons of weight but i haven't gained any!! Even with all the fast food, egg nog, no exercise, etc! I bet if I exerted the tiniest bit of effort towards this i could easily lose five more! wow i'm shocked. and inspired! but i'm not going overboard~no mile high expectations no mountains that are insurmountable just a little effort a few more salads, eggs for breaky instead of egg nog, maybe just a hamburger instead of hamburger fries and nuggets at mcd's. What else? Maybe cook at home instead of take out. Walk 15 minutes instead of never lol! I can't believe it. wheat instead of white (already got it too . . .) maybe buy sugar free candies for work candy dish i hardly have snacks at night anymore too soo . . . chicken instead of beef fruit instead of snack in my lunch i've even been having hot cocoa and chocolate and ice cream and wow i haven't gained ! although my new job is very walk-intensive . . . i'm so enthused! best news ever!
