end of Restart. Total lost 17.8 lbs Keytone level 5 feeling fantastic, ate too much sushi again yesterday. Also worked/walked my butt off! Big improvement in energy. Transitioning to my personalized macros for the next 6 wks. I WILL keep this off this time. Stick to the plan!!
