just not losing anything with an 800 deficit each day. food is weighed and from packets so can't go wrong with calories. so disheartening

I feel your frustration...I count all calories and no sustainable results for months...recently paid attention to carbs, I’ve lost 3 lbs this week so far 😱 maybe worth checking your carbs lovely 😊

This is me too. But Janie, you might have the answer! I am always a bit up on carbs and fat and lower on protein.

Thank you I will try this. It's usually protein and carbs equal then fat less. Is there a certain level of carbs that is recommended? Thanks for your support ladies.

It’s tough trytrytryagainagain! I think it depends on the diet people follow but to lose weight I am going by no more than 40% carbs a day (didn’t realise how much carb I ate 😱)...50-150grms per day apparently, I’m trying for around 100 per day 👍🏼...let’s give it a go 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Yes just like me trytrytryagainagain...I always thought I’m eating so healthy and under 1500 per day...my carbs were around 200grm per day...way too high...so loads more cheese and nuts yum yum 😂

Such a pain in the bum eh 😩 the moment I stick to high protein abs avoid carbs I loose shedloads Then I have a treat which triggers a Carb fest and BOOM! 😢😢😢

Yes I’ve just started maintaining was eating 1200 calories and it’s telling me 2800 to maintain which is over double so obviously I have already put on some weight but we will get there

hi im new to this app, a little tip that helps me when I'm stuck on the same weight is remembering excessive weight can be down to water weight. to get this down you can increase your water intake so it flushes the water its holding on to if you keep maintaining you water intake you shouldn't put water weight back on.
